Your office issues a code when they add you. For security nobody can look up an existing code, so they will reset it and give you a new one.
No. Rota runs in the browser. On a phone you can add it to your home screen, and it opens like an app.
No. Once your supervisor confirms an entry it is fixed. If something is wrong, ask your office: they can correct it, and the change is recorded.
Rota tells you that you are offline and holds the send button until you are back, so nothing is half-sent.
